Joe Bendik Wins Save of the Week
It was a PK that could have changed the course of the game. The Portland Timbers’ Fanendo Adi stepped up to the spot with a chance to bring his team within a goal at the end of the first half. Joe Bendik dove to his right to make the big save - helping propel Orlando City to a 4-1 victory over the defending champs. Bendik’s effort ran the MLSsoccer.com bracket gauntlet and was crowed “Save of the Week”

Orlando Pride Look to Break NWSL Attendance
Record With the Orlando Pride set to begin their season next weekend, the team announced their #FilledWithPride campaign in anticipation of their home opener on April 23rd. The team hopes to break the NWSL attendance record of 21,144 fans.
“April 23 will be a historical date not only for our Club, but for the City of Orlando,” Rawlins added. “If we know anything, it’s that Orlando knows how to put on a home opener and we are excited for our professional women’s team to experience the passion of our city.”
