ORLANDO, Fla. (April 25, 2016) – Orlando City SC has announced the launch of an exclusive membership program: LionNation. LionNation allows fans to get closer to Orlando City, Orlando Pride and Orlando City B with behind-the-scenes content, exclusive experiences and rewards, partner discounts and much more.
“Our Club is now global, and this moment is a key milestone in the continued growth of the team not only here in Orlando, but worldwide,” said Orlando City CEO Alex Leitão. “Other football organizations like Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich have had huge success with membership programs. Both season-ticket and non-season ticket members will have to opportunity to get closer to our Club with this revolutionary program.”
The program will launch with over 18,000 members including all 2016 Orlando City season-ticket holders, who receive a complimentary 2016 membership. Orlando Pride and OCB season ticket members will receive discounted access.
LionNation is offered to fans around the world for just $9 a month or $99 a year.
By joining LionNation, fans will be able to watch special content and receive unique opportunities unavailable anywhere else – including the Orlando City documentary “Making History”, access to on-field experiences, or a Kaká or Alex Morgan game-worn captain’s armband. In addition, all profits from LionNation will be invested back to the soccer department, benefiting Orlando City, Orlando Pride, OCB and the Youth Academy.

LionNation’s rewards system is a points-based program, members can earn points by attending matches, shopping online with LionNation network stores, engaging with the Club and much more. Members can redeem their LionNation points for “money can’t buy” opportunities and unforgettable experiences such as game-worn jerseys, a lunch with the coaching staff, owner’s suite access and autographed items, among others.
LionNation members will also have a say in the Club’s decisions, including voting on different features for Orlando’s future downtown stadium, and will receive discounts on Orlando City merchandise, special offers from the teams’ partners, exclusive pre-sale opportunities for games and events, and much more.
