ORLANDO – June 8, 2015 – With the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup kicking off in Canada this past weekend and the CONCACAF Gold Cup less than a month away, Orlando City SC will host the Summer Soccer Series at the Club’s official City Pubs, providing an exciting opportunity for fans to support both Club and Country in the heart of the City Beautiful.
The watch parties will take place for each of the U.S. Women’s National Team’s group fixtures, beginning on Monday, June 8, with Team USA’s opening match against Australia. Fans are encouraged to arrive at 6:00 p.m. ET. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.
The Kickin’ Cruiser will be at Wall Street Plaza and Team City will visit each of the City Pubs, giving away magnets, tickets for future Orlando City games, additional prizes and fantastic deals on Heineken, Jack Daniels and Barcardi products.
Orlando City’s previous watch parties at Wall Street Plaza during the 2014 FIFA World Cup featured an incredible atmosphere, as over 30,000 people were in attendance – including over 11,000 fans for the United States’ Round of 16 contest against Belgium.
