ORLANDO, Fla. (March 1, 2025) – Orlando City SC has signed defender Zakaria Taifi and midfielders Colin Guske and Gustavo Caraballo to short-term agreements, it was announced today. Guske, Caraballo and Taifi will be available for selection for Orlando City’s match against Toronto FC on Saturday, March 1, at Inter&Co Stadium. That match is set to kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
A product of the Orlando City Academy, Taifi featured 36 times for Orlando City B in MLS NEXT Pro, starting in 15 of those matches and providing one assist, helping the Lions qualify for two consecutive MLS NEXT Pro Playoff appearances. The defender was a key piece of Orlando City Academy’s U17 MLS NEXT Cup championship team in 2021, joining the Lions’ academy in 2015.
