ORLANDO, Fla. (March 9, 2025) – Orlando City B has signed defender Hayden Sargis to an MLS NEXT Pro contract through 2025, with a Club option in 2026, it was announced today. The center back will be available for selection for OCB’s season opener against Columbus Crew 2, on Sunday, March 9, at Osceola County Stadium.
“Hayden is a player that has a great personality, with leadership qualities and a wealth of professional experience that we believe will help develop the players around him,” said Orlando City SC VP of Soccer Operations and Technical Director Ricardo Moreira. “He’s a center back with a good technical and ball playing ability that we feel will really add to this young group as we start this new season.”
Sargis, 22, has featured previously for different Major League Soccer and USL Championship sides, including D.C. United, Loudoun United, Las Vegas Lights FC and Sacramento Republic FC. In his career so far, the Turlock, California native has appeared in 77 matches and has provided one assist.
