Before they settle in Orlando, Sacha Kljestan has one request from his wife.
“My wife’s request is that we buy bikes for the whole family so we can ride around town in our free time,” he said.
Kljestan’s wife, Jaime, and their two children are still at the family home in California. Before they join him in Orlando, they’ll fly to New Jersey to pack up their belongings.
“I hope by the middle of February we should be all together again.”
But Kljestan, who can’t help but grin as he talks about his family, is waiting on the bikes.
“I’ve gotta wait for my wife. She gets the final decision on the bikes.”
Another new Lion, Stéfano Pinho, and his family are already in Orlando, but are still looking for a place to settle down.
“My wife and son are here with me, so we’re looking for a place around Baldwin Park and Winter Park,” Pinho said. “Maybe we’ll move there, it’s a nice area.
“Wife happy, life happy.”
