May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride are focusing on outreach and internal improvements to support mental well-being for Club staff and Central Florida. Through various events and initiatives, the Club aims to address mental health stigma.
Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management Mental Health Forum
Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride have sponsored and will have representatives at the Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management (GOSHRM) Mental Health Forum on May 7.
Stress Management and Mental Health in the Workplace Workshop
Internally, Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride will welcome Melissa Doman - author of "Yes, You Can Talk About Mental Health at Work (Here’s Why and How To Do It Really Well)" to provide workshops for staff on Stress Management and Mental Health in the Workplace on May 22 at Inter&Co Stadium. In addition, Doman will deliver additional training for staff throughout 2024.

Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride have sponsored and are also attending the Mental Health Association of Central Florida - Legacy of Champions Luncheon on May 29.
Therapy Dogs for Team Staff at INTER&Co Stadium
Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride will invite Therapy Dogs into the office at INTER&Co Stadium for mental health breaks in May. These visits are being organized by the Club's Mind, Body, and Soul Employee Resource Group.
