With the 2024 NWSL regular season concluded, voting has now begun for 2024 NWSL End-of-Year Awards. Following a record-setting season, the Pride roster is full of deserving award finalists, with the below nominated for individual awards.

2024 Voting Process
Now Open! Finalist Round
Following the Preliminary Voting, finalists for the individual awards were announced by the NWSL with Finalist Voting now open. Fans will then have the opportunity to vote, with voting for Best XI also added in this round. The voting breakdown will be Players (40%); Coaches, GMs, Owners (25%); Media (25%) and Fans (10%).
All votes must be submitted by Friday, November 15, at 3 p.m. ET.

Here’s a look at some of the individual award finalists from Orlando’s 2024 NWSL Shield-winning season:
- The Pride were unbeaten in the first 18 matches Banda started in her NWSL career, the longest unbeaten streak to begin a career in NWSL history.
- Leads the NWSL in Shot Total per 90 (5.34), Goal Creating Actions (18), Shots Leading to Another Shot (14), Successful Take Ons (21), Carries into the Penalty Area (88) and Touches in the Opponent Box (234).
- Named NWSL Player of the Month in May; Also earned Best XI honors in both May and June.
- Tied with teammate Emily Sams for the NWSL lead in Plus/Minus (+27).
- Second in the NWSL in Goals (13), Shots (98), Shots on Target (44), Goals + Assists (1.04), xG (13.1), Non-Penalty xG (13.1), Shots on Target per 90 (2.40) and Dribbles Completed (50).
- Totaled six (6) assists in addition to her 13 goals, tied for third in the NWSL.
- First player in NWSL history to record a goal and an assist in each of her first two career starts.
- First player in NWSL history to record five goal contributions in her first two starts with three goals and two assists.
- First player in NWSL history to reach 12 goals in under 16 appearances.
- Tied NWSL record for most braces in a single season (4).
- Accounted for six (6) game-winning goals for the Pride, tying an NWSL record for most game winning goals in a single season.
- Led the NWSL with four total penalties drawn, all which were converted to goals for the Pride. Two of the penalties she earned, one in each match against the Spirit, served as game-winners.
- Set Pride record for most headed goals in Club history with six, all of which have come this year.
- The six headed goals also lead all of the NWSL and ties the NWSL record for most headed goals in a single season.
- Currently tied for most goals scored by a Pride player in a single season (13).
- Signed via the second-largest transfer fee in global women’s soccer ($740,000).
- Scored a hat trick in the first half of Zambia’s group stage match against Australia, becoming the first player in women's football to score three hat-tricks at the Olympic Games.
- Finished in 12th overall for the 2024 Ballon d’Or.
- Now in her eighth season in Orlando, Marta helped lead the Pride to their first-ever trophy, winning the 2024 NWSL Shield in a match in which she scored the game-winning goal.
- Second in the NWSL with 90 Shot Creating Actions, the most of any midfielder and only behind Golden Boot winner Temwa Chawinga.
- Also ranks second in Key Passes (45) and Goals Minus Expected Goals (+2.6).
- Has scored nine goals, which is the most amongst midfielders and is tied for the fourth most in the NWSL this season.
- Totaled five (5) game-winning goals on the year, the most on the Pride.
- Third in the NWSL in Shot Creating Actions per 90 (4.84), Chances Created (47), Chances Created in Open Play (41) and Fouls Drawn (45).
- Named to the NWSL Best XI for the month of September.
- Fifth in the league in Successful Take-Ons (11), the most amongst midfielders.
- Seven of her nine goals were scored with her left foot, most left footed goals in the NWSL.
- Sent in 88 crosses, including corners, which is second most amongst midfielders in the NWSL.
- Won a silver medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics, her final international competition with Brazil.

- Earned her first call up for the England Women’s National Team following a standout, Shield-winning season with the Pride.
- Following a 2023 season that saw the Pride just miss the playoffs, led the Pride to the 2024 NWSL Shield, the first trophy in the Club’s history.
- Coached the Pride to an undefeated record at home, going 10-0-3 from Inter&Co Stadium.

- Coached a defense that held opponents to a league-low 20 goals this season and an offense that posted a league-best goal differential (+26).
- Led his team to 21 consecutive matches without trailing, from Mar. 29-Oct. 11, a total of 1,940 minutes.
- Guided the team to a year-over-year goal differential growth of 27 goals (-1 in 2023 to +26 in 2024).
- Oversaw a Pride offense that scored 46 goals on the season, the most-ever in a single campaign for the team.
- Became all-time winningest coach in Pride history, passing former manager Tom Sermanni.
- Became the first Black Head Coach to win a trophy in NWSL history.
- Had two players earn their first-ever call ups to senior national teams (Emily Sams & Anna Moorhouse) following standout performances with the Pride.
