Truth in Lending Compliance Notice and Terms: This notice applies to season ticket members who have purchased a season ticket(s) and have elected to pay for such season ticket(s) in monthly installments. The following information is provided to you in connection with the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”):
- Creditor: The creditor is Orlando Sports Holdings, LLC or Orlando Pride, LLC.
- Annual Percentage Rate: You will not be charged a credit fee or other charges to pay for your season ticket(s). The cost of your credit at a yearly rate is 0%.
- Amount Financed: You will not be charged a credit fee or other charges to pay for your season ticket(s). The amount of credit provided to you on your behalf is $0.00.
- Total of Payments: The amount you will have paid for your season ticket(s) after you have made all payments on a timely basis is equal to the amount of the purchase price for your season ticket(s); such amount shall be specified on the invoice provided to you upon completing the purchase of your season ticket(s). - Finance Charge: There is no credit or finance fee charged to you in connection with the purchase of a season ticket(s). However, as with all season ticket purchases, OrlandoSports Holdings, LLC and/or Orlando Pride, LLC does charge a one-time processing fee of $10.00 in connection with the sale of season ticket(s).
- Total Sale Price: The total cost of the purchase of your season ticket(s), including any down payment or deposit you make, will be equal to the amount of the purchase price for such season ticket(s) as specified on the invoice provided to you. - Number of Payments: The total number of payments that you shall make is based on the installment plan you choose to pay for your season ticket(s), if applicable. Season ticket members may choose any of the following options: (i) pay for the entire cost of the season ticket(s) at the time of purchase; or (ii) make the first payment at the time of purchase and elect to pay the remaining cost of the season ticket(s) in monthly installments up to a maximum of twelve (12) monthly installments due on the first of every month.
- Amount of Each Payment: The amount of each payment you shall make is based on: (i) the total sales price of the season ticket(s) you purchase; and (ii) the number of installments you have chosen to pay for your season ticket(s). The number of installments is specified on the invoice provided to you upon completing the purchase of your season ticket(s). The balance after each payment is not subject to any assessed interest.
- Prepayment: You will not be charged a penalty if you elect to prepay amounts owed in advance of the designated payment plan dates.
- Late Payment: Late payments and any late payment-related interest charges are subject to the terms of the Season Ticket Agreement.
