Grow the Game Ticket Program
Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride have established policies and guidelines for all community requests to create consistency and fairness to the organizations and individuals that ask for our support. We attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible but cannot guarantee that every request will be met. Due to the large number of inquiries we receive, we face the unfortunate task of making decisions and allocating resources responsibly.
We are committed to our Central Florida community where we live and play our games. We are passionate about supporting organizations that serve children and families in need, organizations focused on health, wellness, and physical activity, and organizations that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion. Requests in these focus areas will receive priority consideration.
GuidelinesÂ
The Grow the Game Ticket Program facilitates the distribution of tickets purchased by players, coaches, owners, and brand alliance partners, to Central Florida nonprofit organizations. The program provides underserved and/or at-risk youth a chance to experience an Orlando City or Orlando Pride match with the intent to grow participation in the game of soccer and ensure lifelong connections to the sport. Â
We welcome ticket requests from registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations located within Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, or Volusia County. Â
Your organization or group must be able to provide and abide by the following:Â
- Complete the Grow the Game ticket request form with an electronic signature and provide proof of 501(c)3 tax-exempt status with a valid Tax-Exempt ID number. Â
- Grow the Game tickets are to be used for youth and a designated number of chaperones from the organization.Â
- Tickets should be used only for the purpose intended and should not be sold or exchanged under any circumstances. Misuse of donated tickets or failure to use the tickets will result in loss of eligibility for future ticket distributions. Â
- INTER&Co stadium utilizes electronic ticketing, and as such, Grow the Game tickets will be sent via electronic transfer to the group point of contact at least 48 hours before the game. The group point of contact is responsible for managing and transferring tickets for the group. Tickets will NOT be printed.Â
- Violations of the rules and regulations established by the Grow the Game program, and/or failure to utilize given tickets, may result in the loss of eligibility for future ticket distribution.Â
- Grow the Game tickets are in designated areas throughout the stadium and we are NOT able to relocate tickets except for ADA accommodations. Â
Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride will make every effort to accommodate the organization’s request. It is our goal to reach as many organizations as possible; unfortunately, this means that some requests may not be fulfilled and/or the number of tickets available may be less than the requested number.Â
Please submit your request via the online request form - DO NOT email, fax, mail, or call, as these requests will NOT be accepted.
