There was a familiar face back on the pitch Tuesday morning.
Robin Jansson, out since undergoing surgery to repair a stress fracture of his right navicular bone at the end of the 2022 regular season, made his debut at preseason training, joining his teammates for the squad's on-field session at Orlando Health Training Ground at Osceola Heritage Park.
"Happy to be back with the team again," Jansson posted from his official Twitter account.
The 31-year-old Swede finished with 22 MLS appearances last season, recording a goal and an assist in 1,971 minutes. Since signing with Orlando from Sweden's AIK in 2019, Jansson has four goals and two assists in 100 games (98 starts).
