Orlando City B announces 2025 MLS NEXT Pro schedule presented by Orlando Health

ORLANDO, Fla. (Jan. 27, 2025) – Orlando City B has announced its 2025 MLS NEXT Pro schedule, presented by Orlando Health. The Lions enter their fourth season in MLS NEXT Pro following a 2024 campaign in which they qualified for the playoffs for the second time in Club history and second consecutive season.

Osceola County Stadium, located at the Orlando Health Training Ground at Osceola Heritage Park, will continue to serve as the home field for OCB for the fourth-straight year. Ticketing information for Orlando City B matches will be available at a later date.

The Lions will open the 2025 season at home in Kissimmee on Sunday, March 9, with a matchup against Columbus Crew 2, followed by a matchup against Atlanta United 2 on Sunday, March 16. Both matches are set to kick off at 7 p.m. ET.

For the second year in a row, OCB will travel to take on intrastate rivals Inter Miami CF II at IMG Academy on Tuesday, April 15, before hosting the Herons at Osceola County Stadium just over a month later on Sunday, May 17. The Lions’ home matchup against Miami will kick off at 7 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

Decision Day

28 of the League’s 29 clubs will compete on the final day of the regular season, Sunday, October 5. Fourteen matches will take place to determine final playoff positioning, with eight teams in each conference qualifying for the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs. Eastern Conference matches will kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET, followed by the Western Conference at 4:00 p.m. ET. All Decision Day matches will air live on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

Pick-Your-Opponent Returns

The 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs will feature 15 single elimination matches over the course of four consecutive weekends, with three rounds beginning the weekend of October 17 and culminating with MLS NEXT Pro Cup the weekend of November 7.

Matchups during the first two rounds of the Playoffs will be determined through the Pick-Your-Opponent format that has garnered much acclaim since its inception in 2023. This season will mark the third straight year the unique process has been utilized by MLS NEXT Pro.
